I wish I wasn't one of those fans that are driven to go ADGSZGSHGSAH THAT'S NOT DIB'S EYE COLOUR, but here we are.
Overall, though, you have mafde spectacular use of the colours. I particularly like what you've done with Dib's metallic cyborg parts and his bloodshot, sleepless eyes, but your mastery of the Irken pink-and-purple colour scheme deserves mention as well. Especially impressive, since I think you mentioned that you do all of these with MS Paint and a mouse?

Hm, Dib has such eyes because he is under control of evil Meekrob, thats why his eyes are extremely blue. Of course I know, that his eyes are brown)

...Ooh. This was not a part of the Invader Dib plot that I remember hearing about. Is this based on a fanfiction, or some of the hearsay about what was planned? (Or was there a finished script or something that I never got my hands on?)

There are not no plot for Invader Dib, only some versions and guesses. And a lot of questions.
I have found a few versions on some vikies, analysed it, and made my own version. ^_^
