all i did was change the pallete of CD's tails to 3's tailsyou dont have to ask or give credit or any of that shit, this is old anyways. you'd be better off editing sonic mania's tails anyways

Actually, I wouldn't see why I need to give credit if it's a simple palette swap, you get what I mean? I could simply remove the lowest shading on Tails' fur and replace it with his second darkest shade, and then use the rest of the Sonic 3 colors.
