From what I understand
Season 19 is 1966
SLOTLT and season 20 is 1967
KOTR was in 1980
I'm guessing TOTB would be in 70s or something since Oliver and Toad are there

TOTB is set in 1966 as Marion mentioned in S18 that she found buried treasure 'a few years ago' in 'Marion and the Pipe', yes Oliver and Toad were in it but as I stated before to another commenter, he was placed their by the animators, it's quite common in some TV and movies they tend to be a bit inaccurate. So I went with that as SLOTLT is set within the next year.
