Description
cloisonne - opague grey glass on copper with twisted gold wire - 22.5 mm (seven eighths of an inch).

I had twisted a small bit of gold wire with thoughts of making a ring. I realized it was too thin & put it aside. Some time later, I impulsively fired it on a sample & inlaid it on a mahogany box I had previously made from scrap wood ends.
