Thank you, I sculpted it out of Chavant NSP Medium on top of a lifecast, I made a fibreglass reinforced silcone mould and these casts are made from fibreglass with foam padding on the inside and adjustable elastic straps. It's painted with acrylics before being sealed. If you look through my gallery most of the process is there.
