I think pterosaurs are perfectly suited to aesthetic stylization here as well, with their potential for outrageous flamboyance in crests, sails, and flippery little vestigial display wings.
Memetic pedigree here includes Pteranodon, Quetzalcoatlus, Nycotosaurus, Dsungaripterus, and Rhamphorhynchus...There's also a bit of avocet and skimmer in those terminal locomotory bills.
That forward consumptive head is definitely marabou, specialized for picking off hatchling Trisauropods.

at first, I thought the front horizontal structures were crab claws (or based on them)...then I realized they too were pterosaurine beaks.
...and then I realized that, not only are they finely-designed for picking up/off foodstuffs, they're also a little like the Hawaiian honeycreepers - particularly the "woodpecker" one.

Maan, I didn't even think of the forward locomotory bills as food-gathering mandible/appendages....Now I'm envisioning a kind of canard design with fully functional wings to the aft, making the "honeycreeper" bills something specialized to snatch prey in midair!
