No problem. The fact smaller dinosaurs had feathers was established only a few years ago, especially following fossile discoveries made in China. In 1993, when Spielberg did "Jurassic Park", this was still unknown and therefore velociraptors are depicted without feathers, although we know today as a fact all raptor dinosaurs had heathers.
