Description
Emily's legs had never hurt so badly. This training had her in a whirl wind.
Each day,
wake up, clean, let the horses out, clean, practice, eat, practice, let the horses in, practice, sleep.
Intensity was'nt feeling the burn though. He felt more entergetic than ever, this is what he was created for, this is what he could do. His endurance grew each day and he sweated less and less.
Today was different though. Rensa was here. She was living in the Sky's guest room and had offered to help Emily in her Dressage. She was taken back by Intensity and was a little bit scared to aproach him. He was massive she had never seen a more bigger horse that was so graceful and moving on his feet.
Emily and Intensity where practing with Rensa she stood next to the great windows on the ground. The weather was a blistering 102 degrees outside. A massive heat wave was crossing the states leaving towns with wildfires and drought. Thankfully the stable was Air Conditioned and was a cool 73. The sun was pouring into the windows so the lights where off the doors where locked shut and the practicing began.
No one was aloud in the arena to minimize distractions. Rensa trained them, she told her to keep her heels down don't ride the bit and to transiton to the trot when you changed directions.
Then she told Emily a secret on how to do a more magnificent half pass. How to make your horse stretch further and hop on his hooves. The secret was difficult for Intensity but after days and hours of training he had mastered it.
"I have never seen a horse take to that movement more quickly, it took my horses years. It took him a week none the less" Rensa said her face blown away.
Emily dismounted after another 3 hours. Her legs shaky and she leaned against her horse. The stallion was breathing hard but was'nt sweating .
"Emily...dear, the olympic judges are not like a regular day show, they are nit picky, they are difficult to please." Rensa said strongly. "training can help master this horse's maximum skill. I can tell by watching you guys that he has so much more he can learn."
Rensa patted the stallions neck. "You should be proud of him...your dad trained him well for you"
-----
Can you say hard working? Poor Emily
Emily is not so sure Intensity and her can pull out of the olympics. So many great competitiors, so little time...

piir emily, hihih. I looks great. You did well with the shading and emily looks great. Hope you don't mind a little bit feedback.
I don't really know where you lights come from? Maybe from above or from the horizon, try to make your shading go with the lights. That can make the emotion stronger in pictures and make it one picture from it [link] Have did it here as explame, just a fast shading from 2 minuts, soft brush on 10%.

I don't mind at all, here to learn! haha!
I all ways struggle with lighting and it confuses me a lot. I never did find a way to get it right, no matter how much I change my style, adn the tutorials I've read.

that last comment, I feel the exact same way! Does nathan happen to do showjumping? perhaps maybe?
This is really good! You make Emily feel human when you show this side of her. Her insecure side.
and just so you know I think when it says: had never seen a more bigger horse; it's just supposed to saw had never seen a bigger horse. Because bigger is a descriptive word or whatever, more isn't needed
