I think this is just gorgeous.

Nothing specific that should be pointed out as "not good". Lack of details is actually very good here and the final effect on me was "right on the spot"

but should I use a light wash of white over some of the smudgy bits? Do you think it looks too dirty now? I knida do..

i don't think its dirty..i dont relaly know how it works tho..i hate doing things like patinting and stuff..i suck sooo much at it hahaha
but like..maybe if u want the face to be more like: WOH
ewll put some more white thing around it and its gonna do a kinda contrast
