I tried (> v<), didn't quite nail it but she still looks decent ( ' O vO)Various references were used for this
If any experienced critic would like to critique this or other works, I'd gladly take any advice! I'd really like to know if there's anything I could have done to make this picture look better.

You have some very nice details worked out, but that seems to be where your focus went. It's very nice detail around the edge of the skirt and you have a nice palette going on and some of the detailing about the fingers and face, but the gesture is coming off as rather stiff. The arm indicates that the should is facing us by the side, so that we have a side view of the torso, the torso seems to wide from front to back in this angle. The legs ended up looking very cylindrical and lacking muscle tone without a defined joint. I had expected for you to have worked out a better gesture pose than this relative to your other work.

The background also has little work to it in a sense of detailing of the flora, it comes off as a bit of a mess
The environment also gives away the impression that this is to be a back lit image, but there are no indications of the such with the characters. The dress doesn't have any back lit glow, nor does the hair. Check out what happens to the colour white during sunset, it really depends on the angle from the light source and the ambient colour from around. As I've said, it's a nice palette, but it may not suit a late time of day.

I'll definitely take all of the details and errors into account, and try better next time.

It's rather common to get distracted by the details that you forget to look at the whole picture. Keep up those studies
