Looks great! Love how you did the hair.
Her expression is really cute too! But one thing I'd like to point out which you don't have to agree with me on, I feel her shoulders are a bit small, just a little wider on each side would be much better as it will balance the head size more, and you gotta take in mind all the organs and what not inside her body, they'd be all a bit crammed up if her body was that thin. XD
Don't take it harshly though, just trying to help a fellow artist out.

I've always struggled with how wide the shoulders should be in this more realistic
style (compared to my normal chibi style at least) and it is something I'm trying to work on

Not a problem! Just saying so as some people might think I am even though I am giving my feedback, and helping them out.
Don't worry, you'll get the hang of the shoulder lengths for sure, just gotta remember that men and women have different sized shoulders, I use to always draw the shoulders way to wide, and it would make the rest of the body out of proportion. XD
