Description
This sonobe is made out of 270 sheets of paper and has absolutely no glue or tape holding it together. This is the first one of this size that I have made and it took me about 5 hours to complete. Let me know what you thinkRelated content

This is awesome. I've done many sonobe unit pieces but none that large. I envy your skill and patience, as i have neither.

Awesome! I just finished my first one and it doesn't look near as beautiful as yours. Lovely paper, mine was only made from scraps, because I didn't want to waste good paper if the pieces got lost or something Q_Q
This has definitely inspired me to try a colored one. Nice work :')

haha sure! Here's the basic instructions to make the units:[link]
and here's how you assemble them: [link]
I made mine out of 270 units so it's not on the guide, but if you practice with the ones on there, you'll be able to do it. Ask me any questions if you have any! Good luck!

Well it's made out of 270 sheets of tiny paper that were folded into sonobe units. If you google 'origami sonobe' there is detailed instructions on how to make and assemble the units. you don't need to use 270 sheets either XD you can make models that use 12, 30, 60, 90, or even 3 units so you don't go crazy with all the folding

As epic as... wow. An excellent job on capturing the geospherical structure of the most amazing structures ever encountered in theme park history.
Useless information: The Epcot Ball apparently bears a name - "Spaceship Earth".
