Any~wayz... tis a lovely peice, very soft and gentle, but it really lacks eye catching attention.
I dont' know much about sci-fic since I'm a character artist myself but I know that much contrast or something that is different jumps up and catchs attention muchly
Try doing the sky more blacky or something.
But that's just me!

There is something about this piece that gripps me....
It's surreal, yet if feels as if I could just reach out and touch it. Great rendering on the top-right corner.

There are alot of things you could do to improve this. Its good but it needs alot of refinement to acheive its full potential. If you want to hear the crit, then tell me, if not take this comment as a job well done but there is room for improvement, as there always is

Sweet as, very good crit infact. It is untidy, glad you felt to crit in the first place!.. I'll be posting the art saved at different places to show how this was built, so to speak!. Because this was kinda different from the norm for me.

crikey that was quick, thanks all. Well basically just photoshop and wacom (artZ II i now believe) it a an old model, about 4 or 5 yo now!. Thanks again mate
