Well, I watched the show occasionally since I was thirteen or fourteen, but more recently, it's really kind of hit home with me because it's such a snarky, cynical, irreverent show... It really fits in with my sense of humor. As for getting into the FANDOM, I actually started out just writing fanfictions for my own sake, because I was never into slash, and that's what really dominates Fanfiction.net (way more than even dA). I was also hesitant because I have an OC, and the FFN community hates them. (With good enough reason, because most OCs on that site are really horrific Sues.) But the stories actually got really positive reviews. So then I wanted to post them on dA too, but since it was an art hosting website with more visual art than anything else, I started drawing just to get more attention, hoping people would read my fics.

I used to watch some SP episodes with my dad when I was younger, you know, just the ones like "Pee" and "Elementary School Musical".
