Since i‘ve matured and i no longer hate Charlie, i’ll give you some advice if you come back to DeviantArt and to FanFiction.Net. one day. 

Charlie was a OC with some great potential, but sadly, her only notable personality traits are her naivety and her loser status,
 you focused too much on these traits and forgot to develop the rest of her personality.
I also disliked how you tried too hard to make her flawed, but she ended up being more of a Anti-Sue stereotype rather than a actual character, plus, in the fanfics where she is the focus such in “ The Charlie Arc”,
“Mysterion has TittyVision”,
“One of the Girls” and “Dating: It’s a process”, instead of giving her character development,
you made Charlie to be either the victim or a character that doesn’t contribute too much for the plot and in some of your fanfics, Charlie is a unnecessary character and is just there, if you replace her with any South Park Child character in “Roland the Headless Thompson Gunner”, “Hedgehog”, “Mistletoe Immunity” and “Girl Scoult cookies”, the stories would be the same, overall, Charlie’s personality is so poorly-developed that she ended up being a dull and boring OC.

As for her interactions with the canon characters, before i started it,
many of your readers said that you made all of them act in character ,i’m sorry, but you didn’t, at least not all of them are in character, i mean, Stan behaves more like a spoiled brat rather than the sensible leader that he is in the show(i know that he can be a Jerk at times, but the way you portrayed him was too exaggerated), Kyle is a total idiot and is much more meaner than the usual, Butters is a useless character who barely interacts with Charlie, Bebe was too shy in the first chapter of the Charlie Arc instead of being the sassy co-leader of the girls that she is in the show and Wendy is the most obvious example, she is a irredeemable bitch just like in nearly all South Park fanfics, for the other characters, they are mostly in character, so i don’t have too much to complain about them. 

But back to Charlie’s interactions with the canon characters, the four main characters act too flanderized around her and sometimes they act out of character,
Stan and Kyle for example are derailed in male-chauvinists and they can be conscendening towards Charlie, they not even seem to care about her,
Charlie and Kenny doesn’t interact with each other often, aside of
Mysterion has TittyVision” of course and her interactions with Cartman are usually very funny, but unfortunately, they aren’t very developed , her interactions with the other characters weren’t expanded enough and i think you should had worked more on her interactions.

This is not a hate comment, i was just trying to give you constructive criticism.
