Description
I love the song - "You make me feel" by Cobra Starship, and I also like the video which features Emotion type photography taken from a photo box. So I decided to create this action.I hope you like it.

Sorry for responding so late. I actually did respond but it failed on my iPhone. 
This is more of a novelty action, however all the layers can be hidden including the text.
I like the video by the group Cobra Starship which features this effect through out the video.

Tested this out; It converts the image to black and white and adds the FEELING....INCOMPLETE text layers.
