Okay just so people don’t argue with the details, this is meant to be them not straight after their makeover’s like a couple of months later.
I did not want max to look like this but its just how it turned out
I swear it was different in my head she was less girly…..I wasn’t sure with the height differences so I just went with anything.

But man I drew this 3 years ago answering the same question gets old quick so....
Yeah I know Max is a brunette, but she wasnt for the first three novels (from what I remember which could be shit all in my old age.) And I think the author was pretty vague at times when describing Max, Hell I thought Max was a boy untill chapter 3 of the first book
But hey If you wanna prove me wrong scan that shit up and highlight it

I love this, it's so good. The wings are amazing, and I think you pretty much got the hight difference. Oh, and thank you for giving Fang the right skin tone, I've seen so many drawings where he's pale.

You're way too hard on yourself! I think you got the height difference perfectly. I don't think she looks too girly. The plain tank and the jeans have a Max-like feel and look becuase she's a simple girl and doesn't need much. (Also, not much of a choice. ) I kind of picture her dressing like that if they had a normal life, (Well, what we consider normal 
The detail is Amazing. Their hair has an almost realistic look to it, and the wing detail makes them almost look real!

1. max is not blond but i like her the way you've drawn her.
2.fang looks a little scrawny, love the skin though! its so fang.

the three books I have read said she was blond but I heard they said its brown in the fourth book. So I went with blond since I havnt read it yet

I really wanted to put that in but it was hard enough trying to get the hair like it is lol
plus I would have had to put the brown colours in Fangs hair which was even more of a bitch to do.
