A new pinup commission, from a fellow Star Wars - The old Republic player again.Done in DAZ Studio 4.10, rendered with Iray, postwork in Adobe Photoshop CC and Google NIK Collection.

Kleidung: Sehr ausgefallen und hätte von meiner Lari designt sein können, sehr kreativ.
Körper: Sehr erotischer Körper und dennoch nicht so übertrieben wie bei einigen anderen erotischen Twi'leks (*hust*) passt alles sehr gut zusammen
Lekkus: <3 <3 <3 Besten Lekkus die ich je von einem Künstler gesehen habe der nicht bei LukasArts arbeitet. Das soll kein Schmeichel sein, sondern die verdammte Wahrheit mein Lieber. Sie sind einfach perfekt. Nicht zu dünn wie die Schläuche einiger andere, sie haben die richtige Länge, die physik fällt gut und die Kontur ist halt normale haut. Am wichtigsten ist aber das woran wohl die meisten versagen, der Übergang. Der Übergang von Kopf zum Lekkuansatz, bringt fast keiner hin. Um ehrlich zu sein habe ich hier gut 500 oder mehr Twi'lek-Bilder auf dem PC, also weis ich was ich da behaupte. Du hast den Übergang nicht mal versteckt! Es ist dir extrem gut gelungen! Einer der besten Übergänge die ich je gesehen habe.
Gesicht: Das Gesicht mit ihrer Mimik ist klasse. Es hat einfach etwas wie sie schaut, wenn ich in das Gesicht schaue könnte ich auch eine Twi'lek von einem cinematic Trailer sehen, an diesem Gesicht stimmt alles. Und weil ich mit Su mehr als einmal RPt habe, so kann ich sie mir sehr gut vorstellen!
Hintergrund: Schlicht und umrahmt den Charakter, finde solche hintergründe persönlich am schönsten.

Vision: 3/5 weil der Charakter gut dargestellt ist aber halt allein steht, was ich aber nicht für schlimm halte
Originality: 5/5 weil das nicht nur eine Twi'lek ist wie sie sein sollte, sondern das Outfit wie evon einer Designerin ist. Und auch irgendwie zu einer kleinen, verspielten Lethan von der N'Shaddaa Prom passt!
Technique: 5/5 da muss ich nix sagen. Gesicht perfekt, Lekkus perfekt.
Impact: 5/5 das Bild hat mich einfach umgehauen als ich es sehen durfte und machte mich zudem etwas neidisch. Wenn ich mir Twi'leks von anderen Künstlern anschaue wirken sie einfach nicht so wie deine, du packst es halt die Lekku richtig hinzubekommen. Du stellst andere einfach nach unten. Und nochmal: Merk dir den Lekku-Übergang, der ist dir perfekt gelungen, weiter so.

Zu guter Letzt: Ich bin kein Künstler. Mehr als ein simples Strichmännchen bekomme ich nicht hin, daher sehe mich bitte nicht als professionellen Kunstkritiker. Ich spiele nur seit sehr langem eine Twi'lek wie du weißt und habe mich sehr in das Thema eingearbeitet und kenne zudem noch den Charakter den du da dargestellt hast. Es war nur eine persönliche Meinung eines Twi'lek Kenners.

This piece makes me wish I was in the Star Wars Universe. Overall I give this piece two thumbs up or five stars. There is an up that I like that the artist did that many artist who make Twil'lek's do not do, the Lekku or Head Tails look like they are a part of the head and not attached. Also the look she is giving is great. Only down that I have is the color of the fingernails on the left hand makes it hard to tell here the ring finger ends due to its position over the middle finger.

And what about the ears? the skin matches perfectly with the face. Any tip on how can I achieve that?

The ears only look so good because of some postwork in Photoshop
For the render i used two simple cones which i created in DAZ through "Create - New Primitive".
I made a simple rectangular skin texture and copied all the other material settings from the face, placed the cones where they should be and parented them to the head.
After rendering the cone still looks quite strange, like an object shoved into the figures head, that's where Photoshop comes into play.
I use the blur and smudge tools to blend the edges of the cone to the face, then i add specks and everything else that's needed to make the ears look like a regular part of the face.
I've uploaded an unedited version of the picture, so you can see what exactly was done in Photoshop, after rendering.

I've modified the Lekku quite a bit in thickness, so they look more like proper Twi'lek lekku, and made a custom texture.
But after those little tweaks they are my best asset for creating Twi'lek renders
