This is a drawing of the remaining members of the Elite 9 Lucario squad of Pokétopia after the 50 year old war that ended with all eight remaining factions calling on a peace treaty

On the left is Vincent and Scar, Vincent behind Scar.

Middle is Wayne the counterpart of the sub-buizel Wayne

On the right is Zem and the Commander of the Elite 9 Squad

The colour of the drawing looks rusty like cause of the 50 year old war that happened on the world Zem was from.

This is all based off the story I am working on currently and to do with Zem and some others of those from the univserse which no longer excise.

Surviving Members of Lucario Squad Elite 9

Elite 9 a Division in the Poketopian Alliance army that had specially traded Lucarios that volunteered for the squad, only 20 out of hundreds was selected for this unit in the later part of the war formed by the red Lucario only known as Commander, his name, age and place of birth classified.

He was the beginning of the Elite 9 Squad that he created in the later half of the war where 40 years of it been going on. The only known surviving members of the group at the end of the war was five of them.

The Commander himself lived to the end of the war but this cost him a lot, during the crash landing of the craft the injuries he got from battling and from the crash would cost him his ability to ever walk again, he the one in the wheelchair with the dark blush red fur and blue sharp looking eyes.

The one behind his chair is Zem aged 23 in this image, his amber eyes showing a unique sight with the spike on his chest having to be cut off due to serious damage to it during the final moments of the war unable to do anything for him but having to remove it. He home town is Briztian Town which sits on the cliff tops over looking the sea out to the northern part of the Pokétopian lands only one of a few places untouched by the war.

In the middle is the Orange Lucario Wayne Dolcario age 21on this image and came from the same hometown as Zem, his calm brown eyes show that he can do anything that he puts his mind to that is possible to the near point of impossible, been good buddies with Zem through out his life create a unique move that only he and Zem can pull working together. Their town is fairly quiet and a paridise to most Lucarios of the Pokétopian Alliance cause of it isolation from most of the world and the unique crystals found there and around the large island formation close to the town seen from the tower that stands on the cliff edge. The Crystals are said to channel the Aura of the Riolu and Lucario and any other that may use Aura and channel the energy into a focus giving way to also a commutation and other means of access them, this crystal was only found in another location which only a small few left after the palace and the place called Tree of Beginning was destroyed by heavy bombardment during the 34th year of the war.

Only known as Scar by the name of the code that he part of from the town of Carvine at the central plains of Aruna Mountain range that sits in the mist of the plains, the town is located close to the a temple that the Lucarios of the town mostly which is Riolu and Lucarios part from the odd few here and there of other pokemon living among them, their culture is set by codes of honour and law that sees the Lucarios and even some Riolus are given each their respecting paths of life. The town was mostly destroyed and temple lost to the war that lasted for 50 years but before its destruction Scar was given his name and sent to train for Elite 9. Scar injuries in the final days of battle left him seriously injured in the left eye and the doctors of the hospital of Pokétopia told him that he wouldn’t be able to see in that eye ever again due to the injury to it.

The one behind him is the youngest of the Elite 9 being 18 and joined as the last of the 20 that became this squad. Vincent Lextur from the Village of Forever Falls. A small village of different type of pokemon living there by a crystal clear falls that forever amazing till the war polluted the waters and caused the village to simply stand but losing it beauty cause of the bloody 50 year war. Vincent lost his right paw hand spike during the crash and also very shaky now over the fact of what he had to do to keep alive so he could go home one day and help restore it beauty for his families sack, the Commander also been there during his own life time being far greater then the others he command. Vincent is a caring being and fighting for ones home is the main reason he joined Elite 9 but also the friendship and bond he made with the others that survived, with the experience he gained he will do what it takes now to use it for good use as so will the others.

Note: Wayne is the counterpart of the Wayne Sub-Buizel but he doesn’t have a twin brother like the Sub-Buizel counterpart and doesn’t have the birthmark that Wayne the Sub-Buizel has and also doesn’t wear a jacket like Wayne the Sub-Buizel wears.

Also note that Vincent of this dimension is a slight different counterpart of the Vincent of Random doom.
