I like this, I assume he prefers his Buizel form more though. Or does he?

Of course since his Buizel form is his true form. But being a Flygon gives him some advantages that being a Buizel wouldn't have, for a instant being a Sub-Flygon even only for a short period his stats are tripled to what they are normally and on top of that he able to use the powerful Draco Meteor in that form as well.
So there some good sides to being a Sub-Flygon but overall he still loves being who he truely is.
In the Sub-Flygon form he able to fly at speeds that equal to that of Alex the Sub-Dragonite.

Looks very nice. Wayne looks pretty good as a Flygon.

The Sub-Dialga? I'd think a change in species would be more in a Sub-Palkia's department.
Will Wayne get turned into his Sub-Flygon form in Ultimate Star, by any chance?
