Hmm...i think they wear some sort of leather gloves instead of shoes. More comftable and keeps the fingers flexable!

Gloves would probably wear out too fast for walking.
I came up with one idea here . You could do a version without heels for guys.
Unless of course you think a guy would look good in heels.

As much as I like feet, I really do like the idea for hands for feet as wellย - especially when there's three of them with extra fingers, hehe. Cool design!
