Just a quick chibi tutorial xD A lot of people kept askingfor more tutorials so here you go lol I didn't wanna go extreme
by doing step by step on the WHOLE thing so if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask c:

I use just the regular brush on a normal layer. When I used a mouse I used the line layer because it was easier o:
