O<; Gosh, he turned out looking so creepy I can barely look him in the eye, even though he's just a drawing!
Eheh...this is part 3 of a 6-part commission by ~gakusangi showing Beyond Birthday in various outfits. So far he's been in his classic L-ish attire, full masquerade ball finery complete with cloak and mask, and now this very strappy, wrinkly, fun-to-draw straitjacket.Hope you like him, gaku-kun...hopefully he doesn't look SO disturbing that it's overkill.
Since it shows no blood or sex, I figured even though it's kind of creepy, it doesn't warrant a "mature" rating, either.

Yeah, sometimes art that makes people squirm a little is the best because it calls up a strong reaction. XD
I researched various kinds of straitjackets for drawing this picture (as well as making a cosplay straitjacket for my boyfriend, who cosplayed as BB), and they're really very interesting!

Straitjackets don't have buckles in the front. They're in the back.

XD I drew it based on about a dozen reference pictures. Most of them were fashion straitjackets and costume straitjackets, though. I figure if the arms are tied behind the person, put buckles in front out of reach, and if the arms are in front put the buckles behind out or reach.

Superb! You did it perfectly, and the addition of his smeared makeup, and unkempt hair was an amazing touch

Er....I guess since I made him a bit TOO creepy to the point where I'm not very fond of his face in this pic, I was worried others would think the same? LOL; I'm happy to hear that you are happy with it!

You did perfectly with the jacket, now it's not just 'any' straight jacket...it's 'B's' straight jacket 8D and that's what I was going for ^_^
The face looks good, he's got that wild look to his eyes, and his ginning around the gag is just so 'in-character' XD
