Hmm, it seems that Severus wasn't listening when Professor Kettleburn instructed the class to bow to a hippogriff! Poor Sev! I love how Remus has his nose in a book, pretending to be oblivious to all that is going on around him!

It probably happened per method of elimination. Way too stupid for Ravenclaw, totally too unloyal for Hufflepuff and absolutely no ambition. So only Gryffindor left. XD
