Oh, very nice. I like the Shrieking Shack death scene better, anyway (Alone in the universe on that one...). It looks so abysmal and sad here...I love it.

I agree with you. While the boat house scene looked nice enough for the movie (the glass windows were a nice dramatic effect), I think the shrieking shack is much more "fitting" for Snape, story wise.

I read that they thought the boathouse would be more "romantic", which is true, but Snape is just not romantic (regardless of the Lily backstory). The Shrieking Shack was more honest and gritty. By the way, love the character design, too. Seems I forgot to mention that.
