Description
When I was a kid, the sound of frogs came with summer...it was just...how it was. Then they seemed to just have disappeared and it wasn't until then that I realised how much I love this sound.
And now...they are back again, noisy as ever!

Door de flits en het felle licht geeft dit een geslaagd zomers gevoel. Knap!

I was once in an acting troupe and we did a show in one of our boosters backyard. The night of the show we found out that we had mic'd the sound of the frogs that stayed in their pool!
It was funny, but they were l o u d.

Ah, A very strange but wonderful looking frog.
I have to say i have not seen one wish side pouches, here we have lots of frogs and its very nice to hear them again, once the snow melts you can definitely tell that spring and summer have arrived. ^__^ [one of my most favorite sounds are frogs croaking at night]
Very amazing shot with such great timing!!

Oh wow! This is quite an interesting looking frog. How are you able to get shots that close? Do you use some kind of really big lens and tripod?

I used a telelens and was lying in the grass in the middle of many angry red ants...

I had completely forgotten about the "double bubble" frogs. I remember seeing something about them on TV before. I'm used to seeing the kind with a single bubble beneath their mouth.

What an intersting frog. I just wanna pop it's air bubbles or whatever. Though that would be kinda crule.
