Though it looks more like it's yawning. Angry foxes tend to keep their eyes open and just snarl at its enemy, thus not opening its mouth as wide as this one. But I supposed you would know since you're the photographer
And now that I think about it, it seems like it was hitting its paws on the ground, judging from the way the sand is disturbed, which typically is a sign of trying to intimidate its enemy.
