A snap shot is a quickly taken photo without real thoughts about settings, angle, goal you want to reach....just point and shoot.
I won't say all my photos are art, but I hardly ever just point and shoot.

Well, this one looks fine to me, if we follow these criteria... I could be wrong of course, I know nothing about photography. I guess I'm just doing some kind of snap shots, even though when I take photos, I do have goals for them. Oh, whatever, this photo is adorable the way it is, and I wouldn't report it for being a snapshot.
