well i used mostly airbrush,brush,blur and water
step 1 and 2 - brush ( pen will do too)
step 3 - brush and water
step 4 - airbrush then blur
step 5 - brush
step 6 - airbrush
step 7 - brush
step 8 - airbrush
step 9 and 10 - brush ( pen will do too )
step 11 - brush or pen
step 12 - brush then water or blur
hoped i helped a little sry im bad at explaining thats why i dont really write much ot tutorials -__-
