Unfortunately, it seems that gas bubbles up when you least want it to.

Initially, I was thinking of making this an instance of HFS (Hyper-Flatulence Syndrome), my made-up condition that results in people getting super gassy, but ultimately decided to make it a different affliction, wherein the boy here experiences spontaneous bouts of super-charged flatulence, resulting in massive bloat.
