Contrary to what you may think, just because Stinky is a Stinker, that does not mean she has lactose intolerance. In fact, most Stinkers don't. Go figure.
But yeah, due to Dylan's blindness, he obviously can't see when Stinky inflates herself. But, he can tell something is different based on where her voice is coming from.
