Description
My half of an art trade withShe asked for her Character, Mocha the Echidna, with Silver the Hedgehog as a couple.
The idea is that Mocha was hiding up a tree and Silver finds her ans hands her a rose. ^_^ I'm sorry y'all can't see Silver's face, but this is how it popped into my head and I thought it was sweet.
I know Silver's left hand is really messed up and the rose looks like a lollipop and the BG is lame
Anywhoo, I hope you like it hon.

I don't give critics much, but I guess I should try.
This is a very beautiful piece! You shading style is wonderful~ There is almost nothing bad with this picture, In my opinion. But, I think Silvers ears are.... a little weird. I don't know, I just think so

The quick and easy way!
When I was inking I used thinner lines for stuff that was behind the glow. When I coloured I threw down a very heavy layer of light blue on the glow area first, then coloured everywhere as normal. The thick layer of blue acted as a resist so other colurs didn't have much effect on the glow area, but because it was a light colur, it did show some of the BG colours faintly. 
Sounds complicated but its very easy

Sorry but I'm really busy. I have a ton of people on the waiting list for trades, and I've had to start turning people away as I really don't have time to take any more. Plus there's contests I want to enter, my own personal drawings and the rest of stuff I have to deal with my life...... just no.
