WTF is this?Anyone remeber Jak and Daxter? Its was pretty much my fave videogame when I was 15 or so.... waaaay back in the day. Haven't drawn these guys for years and boy does it show.
the good bits
*Daxter's face is awesome! I like is pose too
*Jak's goatee! lol
*I drew this without finding a ref so I guess points for remembering how they look
the bad bits
* As much as I like Daxter here, he's too small compared to Jak, he's like mini-Dax
*lol, background fail! Slightly better than plain white I guess
*Jak's whole face is a big train wreck. Don't tell me, I know, I'm not blind
I'm only posting this coz Daxter is sooooo cute. I haven't drawn any human(ish) people for ages so gimme a break K?Jak and Daxter belong to naughtydog (I think)
Mostly done with prismacolor pencils, the crappy BG was done with some chalk I found at the back of a cupboard XD

Well, you mentioned everything I was going to point out in your description but I disagree on the background fail. The fact that you made it simple puts the focus on Jak and Daxter.

Actually, it was handed over to a third party. ive played the game, not near as good, i was disappointed. BUT...any fan art for it is awesome anyways.

I didn't play anything after Jak3. I wasn't into racing so I didn't buy Jakx or whatever it was... then I heard they handed Jak over to another company and I thought no. The very first one was my fave

Once again mighty awesome work with the colouring. I think you've done an absolutely fantastic job with Daxter, thumbs up on the pose, and seriously, kudos for remembering what they look like, drawing this without a ref and all.

ive heard of the game but i never really played it
but never the less, this picture is simply amazing, really good detail on both characters and the abckground is pretty neat too. all in all a fantastic pic
