I took the smudge tool and went bananas
Mina is waay too shiny, but I like shiny 
Mina Mongoose is from the Archie Sonic Comics
Done in GIMP (with a mouse X3)

It looks good shiny. x) I like the hair a lot, it's got a lot of colors in it besides purple and that looks awesome. Mina looks really cute too, nice fun pose going on there.
