Try making a two-handed great sword infused with infested tissue. The blade is covered in infected enamel (teeth) held together by sinew that move along in a chainsaw-like manner.

Have you ever seen the anime Bleach? Because this looks an awful lot like Zabimaru that Renji uses. Similarities aside, your weapon does look awesome.
