So this is Wil, possibly the strangest and easily the most powerful Pokemon in the team. The problem being that despite the earth shattering hexes and curses they possess, Wil never uses his powers towards anything productive, instead preferring to use their abilities to play 'harmless jokes' on their 'friends'. You know, the occasional "turn someone into a Wooper" here and there but they got better!

Something always got to me about Chandelure, and that was it's Pokedex entry. "By waving the flames on its arms, it places it foes into a hypnotic trance", and yet it can't learn hypnosis ! Wil already defies pretty much every law of physics (If those exist in the Pokemon world ) so breaking the legal move set couldn't hurt right? Grace certainly thinks so...
