This was a pending drawing from 2021.
I wanted to give my boi Bass-like Omsk.EXE, who originated from a painting that I made; a digital drawing.
Even If in the background is... lackluster. (Again. Learning BGs and items)

I love Omsk bird and, Inspired by a Omsk design that don't longer exist on IG, I designed this NetNavi.
I ADORE the design of Omsk.EXE. Is so simple yet so good~
And the Wings (although in this drawing there's only one) are my favorite part of the design. Inspired of the Omsk flag.

This design was for a project that I like, but right now I'm focused on other ones.
Omsk.EXE is the original REICH Virus, which it's intentions are to destroy the current net to later remake it into an authoritarian landscape.
Even with his destructive power, Omsk.EXE refuses to participate on the plan, having his own intentions. And so, due to his destructive power and that setting him free would cause a ton of trouble for the Organization, he was locked on an Organization's external hard drive.
But someone frees the Wings of Deletion. After an arduous battle, Omsk is defeated and flies away to the Undernet.

I will design more NetNavis.
And yay! First 2022 drawing!
