Of the two million troops that faithfully served under his command, 2,000 were killed in action and 38,000 were injured. From what a few of the former Red Scarves told me, Raven snuck out numerous times, just to place flowers on the graves of the fallen. It's something that he still does to this day. One senior officer who was initially skeptical about Raven at first stated that he hasn't seen someone this caring towards the troops in a long while...not to mention how much the troops meant to Raven. The only thing Raven and I can only hope is that future generations don't go through the things we went through." - Lillian
