From One Piece, it's Doc Q and his horse Stronger!

He's the doctor of the villainous Blackbeard Pirates, as well as one of the 10 Titanic Captains of the crew, being in charge of the ninth ship. He has the moniker "Death God" which is fitting seeing as it's recently been revealed that he's obtained the Shiku Shiku no mi or Sick-Sick Fruit, a devil fruit that allows him to afflict others with diseases. Stronger ate the Uma Uma no mi, Model Pegasus devil fruit, allowing him to transform into the mythical creature and fly. Both Doc Q and Stronger are always sick, with Doc Q having to be carried by Stronger to get around.

I felt inspired to draw them because I was sick with covid, and that was a horrible experience believe me So please remember to mask up if you're amongst a crowd & get that latest booster shot. I was also having some art block but that seems to have passed, so expect more work coming soon
