A very energetic little hula girl. We don't have nearly enough female emotes.If you're wondering why I'm suddenly making emoticons, it's because my tablet is broken and I need some sort of outlet. They'll probably all be scrapped.

I tried to make a hula-dancing emoticon a few weeks ago, but I couldn't figure out how to work with image ready & ended up not finishing it. yours came out better than mine would have, anyway.
