Finally! After so much effort and toil, I finished the final concept of ThunderTuff JT PPGZ Style. I took me a while to revise his costume, so I used Miyako's (Rolling Bubbles) early concept and KH2 Sora as costume references. AS for my hair color, I know using black would be too bland, so I used Kauru's (Powered Buttercup) hair scheme instead. Enjoy the new pic, and here's his bio!

Jotaru Santoshi is an optomistic, happy-go-lucky, and determened boy, who loves to make new friends, especially with Momoko, Miyako, and Kauru. He's an American Japanese living with his japanese father, american mother, and his twin younger brother, Ado, in a peaceful neighborhood in Tokyo City.
Back when the iceburg broke apart and the white and black rays of light scattered across the city, two black and white beams of light fused into one, head directly to his bedroom. It hit two of his new costom model toys, one was functional wristwatch call the Chronowatch Z. When he played with while watching his favorite sentai show, a mysterious voice called him out to do evil things, Jotaru could not understand why it asked him that, but due to his optomistic and energetic way, the black aura was suddenly rejected from his watch, and he fell asleep. Nobody knows what happened to that black aura of his, but the white aura took over his watch.
Jotaru suddenly gained a new found power. Whenever he use use his Chronowatch Z, he transforms into all around foxy lighting kid, ThunderTuff JT. Like the girls, he's super strong and flies, but also he's super fast, can manipulate/create thunder and lightning, and wields a huge blade called the Thunder Sword Z and a throwing weapon called the Thunderang Z . His chronowatch Z also gained a special function, able to copy data whenever he confronts critical events, giving him new class forms to transform into; extreme roller blader/garafitti artist, magical blue wizard, heroic holy knight, etc. But the downside of it all, it's hard for him to get used to his new forms, and sometime gets out of hand. But in the end, he's always ready to protect his friends and love ones from any monsters approaching Tokyo City.
