I sketch, line, color and shade in Painttool Sai, and sometimes I'll open up the finished piece in Photoshop for finalizing touches such as sharpening and blurring distant bgs etc, etc to bring attention from the scenery to the horse or whatever it is. But no, I don't draw in Photoshop.
