On a side note, he can sleep, in Ocarina 3DS version. However, that's generally used so he can relive his previous boss battles while sleeping.

XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!! OMG You're right!! He's constantly fighting and traveling during ALL hours of the day and night. You know what I also used to wonder as a child, is how does he night go to the potty or eat?
He's a superhuman. That or he has a cool unique item from Diablo 2 that gives you 4% life stolen per hit.

Oh, wow. I've thought of this once, though it was only in Majora's Mask. You get to steal a luxury suite in a (crappy) inn and you don't even get to sleep in it?!? Hell, at least he has the All Night mask in that game. Poor OoT Link
