Description
The Phantom Commandos also go by the nickname: Nierra's shadow.
These are Black Ops units, and is under the Nierrian Special Intelligence Force (N.S.I.F). command.

They are given the same options and skills as the Nierrian Shock Commandos, but is trained in a completely different way.
Unlike most of the units and population who is Photo-kinetic(controlling light), these elite commandos are Umbra-kinetic (meaning that they control darkness), but the good kind of umbra-kinetic. There by they're trained in complete secrecy from the civilian and military population.

They operate in the shadows and thereby in secrecy, all of their operations would be completely unknown to everyone. Even the nierrian military and government, would sometime be left in the dark of their actions.
Their operations mostly take place behind enemy lines, and includes: Terrorism, Torture, Assassinations, starting riots or spread of panic and sabotages. If they're ordered to. Mostly their job would be counter/espionage or assassinations. As they'll gather important informations for (N.S.I.F) or eliminate important targets.

One thing you'll be able to notice them is, that their weapons are painted red instead of yellow, and also wear black armor instead of white.
