Hedorah doesn't look impressive in the NES Godzilla game like he did in the Godzilla movie he debuted in. In that movie, he looked and WAS quite powerful and dangerous.

-Play as Mothra
-Get right under his arms
-Spam projectiles
-he cannot hurt you in this position.
