Second Row: Darkseid, General Zod, Big Barda, Dr. Fate.
Bottom two: Super Girl, Power Girl
Koming Soon: The MK Universe pony's up the strongest warriors
Edit: I have made a substitution: I replaced Martian Manhunter with Captain Marvel/Shazam who now that I've thought about it was a better choice

Well from what I can gather only the Gods of destruction, the Kais and the Angels can't participate. Darkseid and Dr. Fate don't fall into any of those categories, so they get to enter by technicality. The Same way I have Thor, Hercules and Beta Ray Bill on the Marvel team and Raiden and Shao Kahn on the Mortal Kombat team.

It look like Dc Universe will be a major powerhouse challenge against the z warriors and frieza at the tournament.
