Just because it's wired doesn't mean it's wrong, it just means that not all people are going to agree with you. And just because something's ok doesn't make it right either. I know plenty of other furs that think being with a normal human is disgusting.

Going back to the original point, I think the reason they seem older than fifteen is because they are more mature than your typical fifteen year old like at the end of Notes From The Underground they respect Quarry's privacy.

Hey, My brother never acted that way. He's been a civil human being sense the age of twelve... Although I won't get into detail about before that. But the point that I am making here is that with the right upbringing, fifteen isn't an age of childish sex fantasies.
If you look at the Japanese and Chinese cultures most young men at the age of fifteen have far outgrown the "hehe, boobs" stage and know how to hold in the rude thoughts that make other people feel awkward. Seeming that the Turtles were brought up in a mixture of classic Chinese and American lifestyles they act appropriately for fifteen year olds.... In my opinion.
But let's stop killing cat girls and leave real world logic in the real world before my character ends up dead... She only has 3 more lives left.
