I love the hell outta your cartoons. I wanna ziplock 'em and carry them in my pocket to pull out and make me happy when I'm at work and feel like peeling the skin off of people. I didn't expect that particularly comment at the bottom of this piece, you really came out of left field with that one. But now that you've got me thinking about DBZ, I'd sure like to see how you'd draw Picollo and Gohan hanging out...one throwing the other through mountains and into rapids, getting blasted to boogers by Nappa...
A long time ago, when the show was in its very first syndication run in America, I taped that exact episode, but the tape was old and crappy, so at the point when Picollo was getting killed by Nappa, the tape kept breaking up and running static lines...but you know what? That only helped the effect of the blasting, in fact it helped it a lot. It was awesome. It was like he was warping the fourth wall of my video tape with his awesome power.
A similar thing happened when I recorded a bootleg of DBZ movie twelve many years ago. It's one in which Goku turns SS3, but during that awesome sequence, I accidentally hit the record button and caught a segment of Sidney Poitier tripping over a chair in a classroom from some sixties movie...then the tape breaks up and goes right back to Goku powering up. I like to think the sequence fits together somehow. Going Super Saijin 3 in Dragon World causes Sidney Poitier to trip over things in nineteen sixties Hollywood. I can believe it. Next time I do something clumsy or stupid, I'll wave my fists in the air and yell, "Damn you Goku and/or Vegeta!! Contain your godly power!"

cool pics, the sketch on the bottom left kinda looks like leon from RE4. I like the chibi versions on the bottom too.
as far as redubbed dbz, you think they tortured us enough when the new dubs first came out but now they have to erradicate any evidence of there ever being any good voice actors. oh well, that's funimation for you.
