Was pretty much sold on Scorbunny from the moment he slid to a stop on-screen -- partly because I suddenly pictured a chibi version of Summer Wars' King Kazma, and that made me smile. Besides, I usually wind up picking the Fire-type, with the only exceptions being in Gen IV and V (because let's face it, Empoleon and Samurott top out the charts when it comes to looking awesome).

Yeah, while Incineroar's by no means a bad partner -- decent stats, a good pool of moves, etc. -- I do think it's design could've used some work. I ended up with a female Litten at the start of the game (which worked perfectly for me, because one of my cats is a tortoiseshell calico that acts just like Litten), so I always found it a bit jarring that Incineroar's only design is clearly a male body type. It wasn't even that long ago that Nintendo was creating different designs for male and female Pokemon of the same species, either.

Loving that bunneh and also Sobble, Grookey leaves me indifferent.
I'm waiting to see the evolutions and the box art legendaries before making my choice though. ^.^ ~
