Last Season, hit and humiliated by her stupid Father,
finding out that her Brother is actually a little Shit,
crashing badly with the Airship after escaping from Home,
getting kicked in the Head right when she hoped for Help,
getting hold in a Cage like some Animal for some time,
losing a Fight against a typical Lesbo-designed kind of Bandit.
"AND" being impaled not long after
Would be stupid if all that Shit happens to Weiss without her
fighting back seriously at least a single Time or more, right?

I really hate the fact that Cinder wasn't above taking an incredibly cheap shot at taking down an out Weiss. Some part of me hopes Raven didn't actually want Vernal to kill her, because that would just make Yang utterly despise her, giving no hope at all for her daughter to join her.
